Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using OverQualified. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform, products, and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OverQualified ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
OverQualified provides an AI-powered CV/resume building platform that allows users to create, edit, analyze, and export professional CVs. AI tools such as CV analysis, job matching and interview practice use points, which every account receives for free and which can be topped up by buying point packs.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any technical measures of the Service. Automated access without our express written consent is prohibited.
5. Points and Payments
OverQualified sells digital services only: packs of points that are spent on AI tools. There are no subscriptions and nothing is shipped. Points are added to the account used at checkout as soon as the payment is confirmed. Each pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again without a new purchase. New accounts also receive free points, and free accounts are topped up to 200 points each month. You can pay with InstaPay, a bank card (Visa, Mastercard or Meeza), Vodafone Cash or another supported mobile wallet. Payments are handled by a licensed Egyptian payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include all applicable fees.
6. Refunds
A points pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if none of its points have been used. Once any points from the pack are spent, or after 7 days, the purchase is final, because points are digital goods that cannot be returned once used. If a purchase was made in error, such as a duplicate charge or the wrong pack, contact us within 7 days and we will correct it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days. The time until the amount appears in your balance depends on your bank or wallet provider.

7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, and content created by OverQualified, is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your CV data remains yours. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process and store your data solely to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions will be accurate or suitable for any particular job application.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OverQualified and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OverQualified operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. YouTube Content
Some pages show videos from YouTube through YouTube API Services. By watching these videos on OverQualified, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The videos belong to their creators; we do not own, edit or endorse them.
