Digital services and delivery
OverQualified sells digital services only: subscription plans and AI credit packs. Nothing is shipped.
Access is activated on the account used at checkout immediately after payment is confirmed.
Plans and cancellation
Plans cover a fixed period and do not renew automatically. Credit packs are added to the account balance once.
There are no automatic renewals to cancel. You can choose not to purchase another plan, and your current access continues until the end of the paid period. Contact us for cancellation or refund requests.
Refund eligibility
A purchase can be refunded within 7 days if the plan or credit pack has not been used: no AI credits spent and no PDF downloaded under the plan. After that, or once used, purchases are final. Plans and credits are digital goods and cannot be returned once consumed.
Duplicate charges and purchase errors
If a purchase was made in error, such as a duplicate charge or the wrong plan, contact us within 7 days and we will correct it.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days. The time until the amount appears in your balance depends on your card issuer or bank.
Prices and fees
Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include all applicable fees.

Contact us within 7 days of purchase. Include the email on your account, the purchase date and your payment reference so we can review your request.
